Esta casa diseñada por Murado & Elvira en Bajadoz, es como una caja envuelta en marcos de metal blanco con las esquinas redondeadas, y es precisamente eso lo que la hace tan particular, estos marcos que podrían juzgarse de fachadismo, si no estuvieran tan bien integrados, y fueran tan importantes para darle identidad al proyecto.
El diseño parte de satisfacer algunas necesidades muy concretas del cliente: ver el sol poniente y el fuego de la chimenea simultáneamente, y una idea de la naturaleza doméstica como objeto de afecto.
La solución desarrollada es una construcción de 170m2 que se diluye en su entorno para favorecer la relación de la construcción con una naturaleza llena de recuerdos familiares para el cliente.
Se propusieron puertas corredizas de persiana, hechas de madera de pino, que sirven como una piel que protege el interior sin romper del todo con el exterior, ya que permiten que se filtre la luz hacia adentro de la casa.
Los colores usados son neutros y el color de la madera de pino, pero se usaron colores intensos para acentuar algunos puntos, como en el cuarto de baño con la creación de una pantalla de color turquesa que crea una atmósfera azul, y en la cocina con el uso del color rojo para la cocina integral.
La planta arquitectónica es bastante sencilla, maneja dos bloques adosados, uno en el que se alojan la sala y el comedor, y otro en el que estan la cocina, el baño y un par de recámaras, pero lo interesante es el manejo de exteriores y los espacios logrados con los recursos ya reseñados: los marcos metálicos, las puertas corredizas, la comunicación al exterior y el uso de colores neutros.
Para mí este es un buen proyecto por apostar a la modestia, y lograr, apoyándose en una planta sencilla ,una riqueza espacial, una integración al contexto, y una identidad propia de destacarse.
